By downloading or using the Cabu mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

In the event of any conflict, Apple's Standard EULA will prevail.

2. Description of Service

Cabu is an AI-powered vocabulary learning application designed to help users save, study, and review English words through flashcards and learning tools.

Some features may require an active subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Cabu may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Prices and subscription durations are displayed clearly before purchase.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (such as saved vocabulary words).

By using the app, you grant Cabu permission to process this content solely for providing app functionality (e.g., generating flashcards).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app
• Abuse or disrupt app services

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

While Cabu uses AI to assist learning, content accuracy is not guaranteed. The app should not be relied upon as a sole educational authority.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.
